From the South
From I-5 going north, take the
Seneca Street exit (on the left-hand side of the freeway).
Take the first right onto 6th
Avenue. Go two blocks, turn left onto Union.
The Rainier Tower is located
between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue and
between Union and University Street.
From the North:
From I-5 going south, take Union
Street exit. You will be on Union Street heading west, (towards
the water). The Rainier Tower is located between 4th
Avenue and 5th Avenue on the left of Union Street.
From I-90:
From I-5 going north, take the
Madison Street exit and turn left onto Madison;
Turn right at 6th
Avenue, then turn left at Union.
The Rainier Tower is located
between 5th Avenue and 4th Avenue on the
left of Union Street.
Parking
The closest
parking lots are available on Union Street:
Rainier Tower Parking Garage
(valet parking): The parking garage is on south side of Union
(one-way street westbound), half-way between 5th and
4th Avenues. There is an elevator for handicapped
access which will bring visitors to the main business lobby and
elevator banks.
City Center Building: On the
north side of the street between 6th and 5th
Avenues.
Rainier Square Parking: On the
south side of the street between 4th and 3rd
Avenues.
Handicapped
Access to the business offices:
From the
Rainier Tower Parking Garage (Valet parking): The parking
garage is on Union (one-way street westbound), half-way between
4th and 5th Avenues. There is an elevator
for handicapped access which will bring visitors to the main
business lobby and elevator banks.
From
University Street (one-way street eastbound, load and unload
parking on the left/north side of the street): At the corner of
5th and University there is a gradual ramp which passes in front
of the Louis Vuitton shop for access to the main doors and
business lobby of the Rainier Tower.
From
Fourth Avenue: From the main Rainier Square
entrance (near Union Street), through the lobby doors, take the
first right and there is an elevator to take visitors to the
main business lobby and elevator banks of the Rainier Tower.
